Our new templates solve this problem immediately. Because we use precision laser cutting, these guides ensure your ammo fits perfectly every single time. You no longer need to spend hours measuring with a ruler. Instead, you can simply overlay the template and start marking your leather.
Durable and Clear Design
We manufacture these templates using 1/8″ thick translucent green acrylic. This specific material offers two major benefits. First, the acrylic is incredibly tough, so it will not warp or break in a busy shop. Second, the see-through green color allows you to see the leather grain underneath. Therefore, you can avoid scars or brands on the hide while you work. Since you can see exactly where the cuts will land, you reduce waste and save money on expensive leather.

Simple Step-by-Step Instructions
We want you to succeed on your very first try. For this reason, we include a clear set of instructions with every purchase. To begin, you simply align the etched lines on the template with your 1.5″ belt blank. After you align it, you use a sharp knife or a punch to create the slots. Finally, you weave 3-4 oz leather through the openings. You can choose to sew the loops for extra security, or you can leave them unsewn for a traditional look. Either way, the results will look professional and clean.
