Use Instructions
This stamp must be used with an arbor press or vise. It will break if struck with a hammer.
Arbor Press Instructions
- Case the leather evenly with a damp sponge.
- Place the leather under the press anvil on a solid surface.
- Set the stamp on the leather and add a flat board on top.
- Apply steady pressure for 15–20 seconds.
- Check the impression and press again for more depth.
Vise Instructions
- Place the cased leather and stamp between two flat boards.
- Tighten in a vise for 15–20 seconds.
- Inspect the impression and repeat if needed.
Leather Prep
Wet the leather evenly before pressing. Uneven moisture can cause weak impressions and water spots.
Cleaning & Care
Rinse or gently scrub the engraved surface after each use. Avoid hitting or dropping the stamp to protect the fine detailing.
Lifetime Guarantee
If the stamp stops making a clean impression under normal press use, you may return it for a replacement. Hammer use voids the guarantee.
