Important Use Note
This acrylic stamp must be used with an arbor press or vise only. Hammer use will break the stamp and void the guarantee.
Arbor Press Instructions
- Place fully cased leather on a solid base under the press anvil.
- Set the stamp on the leather and place a block or plate on top.
- Apply firm, steady pressure for 15–20 seconds.
- Check the impression and repeat for additional depth if desired.
Vise Instructions
- Sandwich the stamp and cased leather between two flat boards.
- Tighten firmly in a vise for 15–20 seconds.
- Remove and inspect the impression.
- Repeat if deeper detail is needed.
Best Results: Casing the Leather
Moisten the leather evenly with a damp sponge until the surface darkens uniformly. Uneven wetting can cause water spotting or light impressions.
Cleaning & Care
Rinse or lightly scrub the engraved face after each use. Dry fully before storing. Avoid impact tools to preserve engraving detail.
Lifetime Guarantee
If normal press use ever stops producing a clean impression, the stamp may be returned for a replacement. Hammer use voids the guarantee.
