Important Use Note
Use only with an arbor press or a vise. Slow, even pressure is required. This stamp should never be struck with a hammer.
Arbor Press Instructions
- Place evenly cased leather on a solid surface under the press anvil.
- Set the stamp on the leather and place a flat block on top.
- Apply firm pressure for 15–20 seconds.
- Check the impression and repeat if you want more depth.
Vise Instructions
- Sandwich the cased leather and stamp between two flat boards.
- Clamp in a vise and tighten firmly for 15–20 seconds.
- Inspect the result and press again if needed.
Best Results: Casing Leather
Moisten the entire leather piece with a damp sponge for even casing. This prevents water spots and helps create a smooth, sharp impression. Using a pressing pad or scrap leather on top of the stamp helps spread pressure.
Cleaning & Care
Rinse or scrub the engraved face after use. Avoid impact tools so the detailed Molon Labe lines stay sharp over time.
Lifetime Guarantee
If the stamp ever stops producing a clean image under normal press use, you can return it for a replacement. Hammer use voids the guarantee.
