Important Use Note
This stamp must be used with an arbor press or vise. It will break if struck with a hammer.
Arbor Press Instructions
- Place evenly cased leather on a solid base under the press anvil.
- Set the stamp on the leather with a flat board placed on top.
- Apply steady downward pressure for 15–20 seconds.
- Check the impression and repeat if deeper detail is needed.
Vise Instructions
- Sandwich the stamp and cased leather between two flat boards.
- Tighten firmly in a vise for 15–20 seconds.
- Inspect and repeat as needed.
Best Results: Casing the Leather
Wet the leather evenly with a damp sponge until the full surface darkens. Uneven casing can lead to water spots or light impressions.
Cleaning & Care
Rinse or lightly scrub the acrylic face after use. Avoid impact tools to protect the engraved detail.
Lifetime Guarantee
If normal press use ever stops producing a clean impression, the stamp may be returned for a replacement. Hammer use voids the guarantee.
